    I can relate to your post, I don’t necessarily feel guilty about the things you feel guilty about. But guilt often consumes me, if someone asks me for a favor, I can’t say no. If I do, the guilt haunts me for hours and I end up telling the person I can do whatever it is they asked of me to begin with. With time I’ve only gotten worse about allowing the guilt to consume me. I am finally trying to change that.
