Thank you for posting this. The more information that is shared about mental illness, the more people will see the truth that it is a health condition and not a character flaw.
Very true indeed and for some it can be a life crippling illness that takes a long while to try to combat. It’s not just a cold that you can have a lemsip for. It’s extremely serious and debilitating and can sometimes cost people there lives. I write this blog with passion with the hope that the content I write and share about might just help someone make a difference in there life. Thank you for the kind comment littlebluedove
